In 2016, Tally Solutions was shortlisted as a GST Suvidha Provider to provide an interface between the new Goods and Services Tax (GST) server and taxpayers, and in 2017, the company launched its updated GST compliance software.

In 2020, the company released TallyPrime.

In 2022, they introduced the TallyPrime Edit Log.

In 2023, it announced to hiring of an additional 500 people.

The development was well received and it became popular with SMEs and medium-sized businesses. Tally has become very popular in India and abroad. The latest version Tally Prime is gaining ground day by day.
